The Bedford County Fair is a great place for vendors to showcase their goods! Do you make a unique food or product? Are you interested in being a vendor at our Fair, located in beautiful south-central Pennsylvania? The Board of Directors reserve the right to deny any vendor applications if products are deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for the Fair.

Vendors And Fair Week Rentals

Vendors - Jordan Hall & Outside Space

Are you a commercial vendor and want a great place to sell or display your product(s) or hold an event? Book a space or event at our air-conditioned and heated Jordan Hall during the Bedford County Fair and all year round! Call for off season rentals and pricing. 814-623-9011

The Bedford County Fair is a pay-one-price fair. Outside space is sold on a frontage foot bases of $28.00 and $35.00 per foot based upon location. Large blocks of space may be sold on a flat-rate basis. Inside space (Jordan Hall) is sold at a cost of $250.00 for a 10 x 10 space or $350.00 for a 10 x 15 space. 110 electric is included for Jordan Hall vendors at this price. All outdoor vendors using electric must pay prevailing charges determined by the fair electricians, based upon breaker size and load usage.

All vendors must carry liability insurance and are required to furnish the fair with a valid Certificate of Insurance with the Bedford County Fair named as additional insured prior to the opening of the fair on July 20th.

Camping, with hook-ups may be available, but not guaranteed, at an additional charge for concessionaires.
